This sketch was perfect for all the pics I wanted to include in this LO. Hopefully this will be the ONLY LO I will have to do on the subject of an injury. : ) Thank goodness for medical inventions. Glow in the dark and Water proof Casts! Amazing. Simply title, border punch, and cool way to add journaling and its' complete.

Scrapbook Layout with My Minds Eye

I just fell in love with this paper. It's from My Minds' Eye "Lost and Found2". I found it a scrapbook store in Edmond called Paper Arts. I knew exactly what pics I wanted to use too. This is Lane about a year ago when he started growing his hair out. I liked it when it was this length but now it is soooo much longer. The tangles, time and effort is getting on my nerves now. I have been spoiled with my boys and easy short hair cuts. : )

Birthday Layout

Hello all! I haven't posted in a while, but have been able to get some craftn time in lately. I have really enjoyed it too. Can't say my scrapbook room is what I would like yet, but at least I can get by with it until I do get what I want. Okay on to the LO. I seem to try and get the previous years birthday pics of the boys completed before the next birthday. Silly I know but I guess it allows me to reflect on the last year. My baby just turned SIX. I really didn't like it AT ALL. : (

But it happens, they grow, and they grow and they just keep growing. What is a mom to do? Cherish all I can! This Layout is of Kashs' 5th birthday. I still LOVE the sweetreats cartridge. AWESOME cart! The sketch I used is from sketch support. Paper is from a designer pack DCWV I think.

I actually got to go to a cricut swarm last Saturday in Norman, Oklahoma. So enjoyed the time to sit and finish up 5 Layouts and shop at a wonderful scrapbook store. So that means I have some more layouts to show you. ; )

BESIDES THIS 2 PAGE LO, I ALSO COMPLETED 3 ONE PAGE LO'S. FOR THIS LO'S I USED DCWV DESIGNER PACK, BOYS WILL BE BOYS CRICUT CARTRIDGE FOR FONT AND ARROWS AND SKETCH SUPPORT PRINTABLE SKETCHES TO HELP ME GET MOTIVATED. IT WORKED! I REALLY LIKE THEIR SKETCHES. LOTS OF DETAILS. ; )

FINALLY! all moved!

First cricut project at the new house. It has been a long hot summer full of fun and not so fun house stuff. Fun: new house

Anyways, I just finished a simple vinyl project on 2 of my doors. Laundry door and Pantry door. I think it turned out perfect. I have been planning to do this for some time. Nice to finally see it complete. So easy!

National Scrapbook Day Challenge #8-Summer Theme

Challenge #8 at MYPINKSTAMPER.COM is for a summer themed project. Great chance to use the Life's a Beach cartridge. Sad but I've had it for awhile and haven't had the chance to use it. So wish I had time to enter all of the challenges on Robyns' blog but doesn't look like it is going to happen. : (

This is a pretty simple scrapbook page. Loved the color of papers, so bright and cheerful (which didn't come out that way on camera ). Like summer! Kraft cardstock is the base and cord'nations cardstock is the rest.

National Scrapbook Day Challenge #1

Challenge #1 at MYPINKSTAMPER.COM is to make something with a cupcake theme. I made 2 LO's for my boys. I used a pagemaps for my sketch. Super simple but I really like how they turned out. Thanks to my scrappin friend Kerri, I was able to enjoy my evening and get some more Challenges completed.

National Scrapbook Day Challenge #3 Breast Cancer Theme

For Challenge #3 I had a card in mind. I watched the video for Challenge #3 and was so impressed with the idea of how to make a Ribbon if you didn't have the cricut cartridge with that "cut" on it. I had to try it myself.

I love that the scrapbook community is such a supportive group of women!

National Scrapbook Day

Short and Sweet posts today. In between laundry and getting the house ready for house inspection this week. I am trying to get some challenges completed that Robyn and her design team are doing over at Mypinkstamper.com. This is for Challenge #2 - Make a card or scrapbook page using Kraft cardstock. I had to enter this because Kraft is my go to paper. I love it!

Great NEWS!

I know. Its been forever since I have posted. BUT I have been busy. We are building a house, and getting ours SOLD. Just excepted an offer. YAY! I will soon, this July, have my very own scrap room. I'm so super excited for the new house!

Also, my Mothers' Day gift . . . . . YES you probably already guessed E2!!!!!!!!! Got it today!

Not ideal to craft in a empty room on the floor, so may be awhile before I get to enjoy crafting with the E2!

Simply Charmed treat bags

What a cute little Love bug. Perfect and easy little treat bag for Valentines' Party's at school. Stamp is from My Pink Stamper. I used some stickles for the cheeks.

Valentines' Day cards

Hello Everyone! Now that we have recovered from the "blizzard" type COLD weather, we have had a very nice weekend and most of the snow has melted. It has been nice to feel the sunshine for sure. I finished up my Valentines' cards for my boys tonight. These were super easy to layout on my gypsy and all cuts are from the Sweethearts Cricut Cartridge. Sentiment is from My Pink Stamper! I also kept in mind My Pink Stampers' blog hop challenge from Friday. It was to make something with your favorite color and black. Kraft paper is my favorite go to paper/color when I am crafting. I LOVE IT! I used sparkly silver paper for the arrows and a dark pink for the hearts. Super easy to put together. I inked the edges with black ink and used a white gel pen for a little doodling. Lastly I wrote a little note to my special people. ; )

Football LO with Sports Mania

Finally got to do a LO with Sports Mania. I used a LO from My Pink Stampers' Layouts DVD as a reference for the paper sizes. I used the colors of his uniform as my main focus. If you ask me, he is much too sweet to be a "football player". But he had a good first season. Not too much to this LO and believe me I had to hold myself back because I really wanted to "doodle" with my white pen. lol All cuts were from sports mania except text on helmet.

50's Day LO

I love these pictures from Lanes' 50's Day at school this past fall. A Hula Hoop contest and some Dancing in the gym. Kash and I got go watch the fun. This Layout is from a sketch for the L.I.D. Challenge on the Cricut message board. I used the Groovy lite cricut cartridge. I used vellum to print the journaling on the computer and attached with brads.

Lanes' invitations!

I decided to do Lanes' invitations to his Laser tag party coming up. I successfully kept it simple and loved getting to use the Boys will be Boys cricut cartridge. I printed up the inside from the computer on white paper and called it good! Pretty cool huh?

Last Christmas LO (for now anyways)

Well finally had some free time today due to the blizzard here in Oklahoma. I got to catch up on some scrapbooking and getting pictures taken of some projects I have completed. This is for another L.I.D. challenge on the Cricut message board. I used Winter Frolic cricut cartridge. I got to also test out some different stickles on the title. I love the way it turned out!

"MERRY CHRISTMAS" double layout with Jolly Hollidays and Winter Frolic

Hello! Its snowing a little here in Oklahoma. Which does not help my lack of motivation. I tell everyone that I really would love to hypernate through the winter or fly south. lol At least it's just a little snow not a blizzard or anything. ; ) I have completed another Christmas LO! I knew when I got the Jolly Holidays lite cartridge that I HAD to use the little house with Santas feet sticking out. SO CUTE. So I really designed the LO around the house. These pics are from Christmas ever right before bed and Christmas morning before presents were opened. Added some stickles and little doodling with white pen. Otherwise pretty simple.

If any of you missed My Pink Stampers' live UStream Friday night, she announced her new Pink Design Team (http://mypinkstamper.com). Kerri from http://caresofkerri.blogspot.com/ and I got to join her and got a peek at the the new pink studio. My friend Kerri got an honorable mention for her entry. YIPPEE for Kerri! I so wish I could go to CHA, the cricut cruise and the Cricut Stampede with Tammy from http://www.cricutcritters.com/. But I have alot going on, mainly building a house and getting ours ready to sale. : ( but sooo exciting for Robyn and I know she will be SO BUSY the next few months! Busy for me too. Having to pack up my scrapbook stuff is not a good thing, but will have to be done and soon too. So I am trying to get alot of scrappn done!

LID Challenge for the Cricut Message Board "Merry and Bright" LO

Well now that I look at this LO I think the title should probably be "Merry and Bright, NOT! But he did enjoy himself at the Christmas program at Daycare, he was trying really hard not to enjoy it. Singing in front of people is not his idea of fun. ; )

I know people are probably tired of seeing Christmas themed stuff since the holiday season is over, but I really enjoy scrapbooking these pictures. Some how it makes the fun of the season last a little longer.

"Dear Santa" LO

Happy New Year!

I am off to a great start with some super cute LO's of my fam over Christmas! This LO is from Dec. 18th. Every year for the past few years, my wonderful Aunt Edie has invited us to her house to enjoy a visit from Santa. The boys LOVE this tradition and look forward to it every year. Anyways, on to the layout, I hated to cover up the cute Santa Designer paper so I turned the pictures a bit so to have a better look. The Santa and boy are from A Child's Year Cricut Cartridge. The Title and tag are from the Winter Frolic Cartridge. I have two more LOs designed on my Gypsy that I hope to work on a little tonight. Christmas' LO as well. I can't help it. I'm having so much fun with my new Cartridges and all the adorable cuts I want to use for my Christmas LOs. Why not get them done now.
